Jason Cohen is a litigation attorney who practices plaintiff’s personal injury law. Specifically, Jason focuses his practice on medical malpractice, but he also takes on a wide array of other personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Jason is passionate about litigating cases on behalf of people who were injured or killed due to negligence within large corporations. He is motivated to hold negligent corporations accountable and prevent similar conduct from occurring in the future. Jason will tirelessly work to obtain fair and reasonable compensation for people who have been harmed through no fault of their own.

Prior to joining Huegli Fraser, Jason was an attorney at a large insurance defense firm. This experience provides Jason with unique insight into the insurance defense industry, which allows him to deftly navigate the litigation process. Jason graduated with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2018. During his time in law school, he was a law clerk at Huegli Fraser PC. Jason also worked for a federal judge in the District of Oregon, as well as an immigration law nonprofit. Prior to law school, Jason was a Commissioner on the City of Salem, Oregon Human Rights Commission and worked for the Governor of Oregon.

Jason grew up in rural New Hampshire and has lived in Oregon since 2011. He moved to Oregon to pursue whitewater kayaking and has stuck around ever since. In his free time, Jason also enjoys skiing, surfing, tennis, and reading.
